Air: Emission measurements of air pollutants Measurements according to the Firing Installations Ordinance (FAV) This Ordinance applies to combustion plants in which fuels are burned for the purpose of generating useful heat or mechanical energy and whose fuel thermal output is at least 0.1 MW, in commercial operating plants.
