The company NTI-Italia S.r.l., based in Turin, is now part of the TÜV AUSTRIA Group. The company successfully established itself on the Italian market, particularly in the area of periodic inspection of work equipment.
NTI Italia has been managed by Gianni Esposito, who reports: “NTI Italia, with its team of professionals, will contribute significantly to the further development of testing services for work equipment, not only in terms of lifting goods and people, but also in the area of pressure equipment in the brewing and wine industries.”
The integration of NTI Italia offers TÜV AUSTRIA Group the opportunity to significantly expand its portfolio in the area of inspection and certification by offering an increasingly comprehensive range of services adapted to customer needs. For TÜV AUSTRIA in Italy, the inclusion of NTI Italia in the Group means that solutions for local challenges have been found through the integration of new locations and further resources – thus ensuring a high level of efficiency, quality and individuality in the future.
Crescenzo Di Fratta, Country Manager of TÜV AUSTRIA in Italy: “The acquisition of NTI Italia fits perfectly into the growth strategy of our group of companies. TÜV AUSTRIA has already been a strong partner for the Italian industry since 2008 and the acquisition of NTI Italia offers the opportunity to further expand our market position in Italy.”
This is another step in the ambitious project to expand TÜV AUSTRIA’s testing and certification expertise in Italy.
